Principle: PRO-Life

It seems in California, it is a felony crime to get criminals to admit their crime on video without first getting the criminals’ permissions. Even if that crime being admitted to on video is the immoral and disgusting crime of illegally selling aborted baby body parts for profit. The Attorney General in California has decided to indict the two undercover filmmakers with 15 felonies in their role of exposing Planned Parenthood as illegally selling aborted baby body parts. No word yet if California will file any charges against those ILLEGALLY SELLING ABORTED BABY BODY PARTS.

CBN News – California’s Attorney General is coming under fire for indicting two pro-life activists who recorded undercover videos in their efforts to prove that Planned Parenthood is engaged in illegally selling baby body parts and the criticism is coming from an unexpected source: The Los Angeles Times.

The Times Editorial Board criticized AG Xavier Becerra for charging David Daleiden and Susan Merritt with 15 felonies.

Becerra claimed the pair violated healthcare privacy laws when they made the videos showing Planned Parenthood employees discussing ways to provide the body parts of aborted babies to medical research companies.

Raid on abortion doctor’s home reveals a “house of horrors” according to the grand jury report. The remains of 45 aborted babies were also found, some stored inside a freezer. Are these murdered, unborn lives, American lives, not also entitled to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness? Slowly, the tide is turning and life will ultimately prevail.

The Washington Times – Arina O. Grossu – Feb. 18 marks the fourth anniversary of the FBI raid on Kermit Gosnell’s Philadelphia abortion facility. Ironically, the reason for the raid was not the multiple abortion-related reports and complaints the FBI had received.Rather, the Drug Enforcement Administration was checking into reports that Gosnell was illegally selling up to 200 prescriptions for narcotics per day. What they uncovered in the raid was that Gosnell’s Women’s Medical Center was nothing short of a “house of horrors.” The grand jury report reads like a spine-chilling novel: “The clinic reeked of animal urine, courtesy of the cats that were allowed to roam and defecate freely. Furniture and blankets were stained with blood. Instruments were not properly sterilized. Disposable medical supplies were not disposed of; they were reused, over and over again. Medical equipment was generally broken; even when it worked, it wasn’t used … . By day, it was a prescription mill; by night, an abortion mill.”

Honk if you’re PRO-Life! We’re 110% behind allowing individuals to express their first amendment rights on a license plate, especially when promoting the sanctity of all unborn life. Next up: “Baby About to be Onboard” signs in PRO-Life car windows.

The Washington Post – A bill working its way through the Wisconsin legislature would make the Badger State the latest to offer specialty pro-life license plates. The measure passed the state Assembly on Friday and heads to the state Senate where its fate “is uncertain,” according to the Milwuakee Journal-Sentinel. But Wisconsin’s late to the party. More than half of the states already offer such specialty plates, thanks in large part to the efforts of Choose Life America Inc., a group formed nearly 20 years ago.“We’ve written bills, we’ve gone and actually trained different volunteers,” says Russ Amerling, who has volunteered with the group since its founding and is its president and national publicity coordinator.Pro-life plates are available “to go on the road” in 29 states and Washington, D.C., he says. They are for sale in three more — Maine, Utah and Nebraska — but production won’t begin until a minimum demand is met.

People are more and more becoming aware of the evils of abortion and of their responsibility in giving every unborn life a fighting chance. Brave lawmakers are leading the way in 2013 to pass a record amount of legislation protecting unborn life, setting a upward, uplifting trend that looks to continue in the years ahead – In 2013, life-affirming federal and state legislation designed to protect women from the harms inherent in abortion has garnered increasing attention and support from legislators and the American public — and engendered increasing fear and consternation among abortion advocates and their allies.

This year, 48 states have considered approximately 360 measures related to abortion, most of which sought to protect women and their unborn children from a predatory abortion industry which, as the Kermit Gosnell case aptly demonstrates, places concerns for profit over women’s health and safety. Of those, 69 provisions were enacted. This continued a trend begun in 2011 when 70 life-affirming measures were enacted, and 2012, when 38 such measures were passed — a large number for an election year.

Clearly, this life-affirming trend has staying power, and Big Abortion is terrified.
